DARTCC — Disaster Animal Readiness Tools Command Central — is a nonprofit organization building the connections, resources and technology communities need to better prepare for disasters involving animals.

We bring together people with different experiences and expertise to identify gaps, share knowledge and create practical solutions.

We listen to responders, emergency managers, veterinarians, animal welfare professionals, pet guardians and community partners. Their experiences help us understand what is needed—and what can work better.

We turn those lessons into tools, resources and training that can be shared with communities across the country.

EASApp^® gives emergency animal response teams a shared system for managing shelter operations and documenting their work.

Our growing collection of tools and resources extends beyond a single response or deployment, helping communities build knowledge and capacity before the next disaster.
